To reach the Nottawasaga Bluffs, go to the village of Singhampton on Simcoe Road 124. Just east of Singhampton is Milltown Road (there are Nottawasaga Bluffs directional signs here and on every corner to the parking lot.).
History
The Nottawasaga Bluffs property was secured for conservation in 1972 with funding assistance from the Bruce Trail Association.
Features
Known for it's easy access to the Bruce Trail, the Nottawasaga Bluffs is an area comprised of deep accessible crevices and caves, large tracts of coniferous and deciduous forests, breathtaking vistas and prime wildlife habitat. This area offers day use activities such as hiking, skiing, photography and general nature appreciation.
A small campsite for Bruce Trail hikers is also available. The Blue Mountain Bruce Trail Club assists the NVCA with maintenance and security of the area. Made up of close to 250 acres, the Nottawasaga Bluffs is the perfect location to spend a day exploring the natural beauty of the Niagara Escarpment "World Biosphere Reserve".
