Buyers Agent A Real Estate Company acting as a "buyer's agent" must do what is right for the buyer. This relationship is established through a written contract called a "buyer agency agreement". It explains the services the company/agent will provide and ensures that confidences that a buyer shares with the buyers agent must be kept confidential.
