If the buyer chooses not to enter into a "buyer agency agreement" with a specific agent
then he becomes a "customer" and the agent will represent the interests of the seller
as seller's agent or seller's sub agent in the case of the property being listed with
another company.
In this case the buyer can work with any agent or as many agents as he chooses. He
will be treated honestly and fairly. The agent servicing the customer has a legal
obligation to exercise care when providing information and answering questions and
avoid misrepresentation.
