The E series of bungalows are designed for a rear lot as well. Most of the rooms have views to the rear yard and access to the covered veranda or screen porch which include a woodstove in most floor plans. A shed dormer allows additional light into the vaulted great room. The nine foot ceilings permit the addition of transoms over the windows and exterior doors. Garages can be attached or detached.
